Auto Master Tire & Service was founded to signify honesty and integrity within the auto tire sales and repair business in the New River Valley. We have quickly developed a solid reputation in the marketplace through our pledge to offer top rate service at reasonable prices. We only repair what needs to be repaired and never add unnecessary repair items or other “extras” to our customer’s estimates. We guarantee that all of our work will meet with your total satisfaction.

Auto Master Tire & Service offers a class setting level of customer service only found in high end luxury automotive sales environments. Bathrooms are spotless as well as our spacious showroom and customer lounge. Our customer lounge encompasses over 1200 sq. ft. and offers comfortable leather seating, a 60" LED 240 Hz High Definition big screen TV. All men’s and women’s magazines and local newspapers are up to date. A PC with a 24” high definition screen is provided for internet browsing or for checking home email accounts. An internal Wi-Fi network enables our customers with wireless devices and wireless laptops to connect to the NET free of charge. A Keurig hot beverage unit allows our customers to brew various gourmet coffees, teas and hot chocolate at the touch of a button. Our refrigerated countertop beverage unit is stocked with bottled water, sodas, juices and Gatorade. All free of charge of course. A “quiet room” with comfortable leather easy chairs offer our business customers a private refuge to make private cell phone calls or work with their laptops. A children’s play area complete with safe toys and safety play tiled flooring is also available for our customers who need a safe environment for their children while waiting for their vehicles to be repaired or have new tires installed.
