“These guys took me in on a Saturday morning and fixed two tires for me. They were professional and courteous. The waiting area is great, very clean with a 60" LCD and free refreshments for customers. The price was amazing as well, I got my two scooter tires fixed for under $20, another shop was going to charge me $40! Anyways, I couldn't have had a better experience, go here! Thanks!”
“I have been traveling all the way to Roanoke to have my BMW 535i serviced and purchase Michelin tires. A co-worker kept bragging about his experience with Auto Master Tire & Service so I gave it a try. I am glad I did. Great prices, great service, exemplary customer service and unbelievable customer lounge. Big screen TV, WiFi, free refreshments, comfortable leather couches, reading room and a large play area for the kids. Bathrooms and the entire building are clean, clean clean! Even the shop is spotless. They have a free shuttle service and get this, the owner drove me to work!!! Something you very rarely see in this type of business. I will not travel to the Roanoke dealership any longer. This place is awesome.”
“I am thrilled that this new business has opened. Being a working mother, I have been the victim of overcharging for repairs not needed on my vehicle at other shops in the NRV. Auto Master is extremely honest in their dealings and have the best customer service I have ever experienced in any business. My child enjoys the play area while I can relax in the spectacular customer lounge. They have Wi-Fi and high speed internet access free to their customers as well as very clean restrooms. I highly recommend that everyone take the opportunity to visit the premier establishment and superior service.”
“Prices were reasonable (probably the least expensive oil change in the Blacksburg area). The staff was very friendly and nice. Their lounge was a nice place to hang out while waiting - there was a big screen LCD TV, plush leather couches, free cold and hot drinks, a computer, and free Wi-Fi. Overall, a great experience, and would go there again.”

Free drinks, coffee, cable, internet and large play area for kids in the lounge! Awesome place, would recommend to anyone.”
“Incredible customer service and HONESTY!! I had stopped at a couple of shops to get an estimate on a repair for a loud squeaking noise on my 2005 Toyota Camry. While three other shops quoted me prices that were well above $600, the shop manager at Auto Master informed me that the problem was minor and I simply had to have a simple repair on my left front brake. The charge was under $50. I waited in their customer waiting area which is really quite amazing. Big screen TV, leather seating, high speed internet, Wi-Fi, children play area, quiet room and free hot and cold refreshments. All complimentary! They also have a free customer shuttle van. The place is so clean that you could eat off the floor. This is simply the best place to go for auto repair services bar none. Nothing else like it in the entire NRV. Go there, you will not be disappointed.”
